Everything from the first conversation till the last,it was excellent. The booking was done smoothly. I requested Leander to arrange a birthday cake for my wife on the day we reach the cruise and he promised and delivered. It was an amazing Mediterranean cruising experience with Norwegian Epic. It was wonderful booking with Cruisemeout for great deals and post purchase support. I had booked GTY balcony cabin and to my delight it was upgraded to good view balcony room. Our consultant Ms Rashmi was very helpful at each stage of booking.

Rashmi was the single point contact from day one and was helpful without being pushy. The ease with which all queries were handled was impressive. Booking was smooth, timely reminder given on payment, helped with taking care of couple of requirements and helped with the web check-in.
