The railway ticket is the located in the dahisar west opp. Of sai krupa mall. It was nice, there where 3 windows to take a ticket. Ticket machine is also there.

The best thing about the station is it has got slope instead of stairs, they also have escalators and subways to reach the platforms. The ticket vending machine is located on bridge as well which makes it easier for passengers to use smart card and purchase the ticket instead of waiting in line. The main ticket counter located below has normal stairs and no slopes.
