I booked an appointment at Arete clinics (Dr. Hasanain Shikari) for a routine eye check up a couple of days in advance. The appointment with Dr. Shikari started precisely on time. He patiently heard me out regarding my background, history of eye ailments, current medications and the likes. The check up was well structured and I was comfortable throughout. Post the examination, the doctor also shared a few easy tips to incorporate in everyday life to reduce strain on the eyes. My diagnosis sheet now covers all the details and background that would be required for a future examination. I found the session remarkably professional and great value for money.

An highly qualified and experienced ophthalmologist who completely eased and successfully operated me for lasik. I highly recommend him for all eye related issues. A truly gentleman personality with years of experience in ophthalmology. Once again highly recommended by me for all.
He's so knowledgeable and gave me a very good eye check up. Very methodical, no hurrying up, made me feel relaxed, no unwanted medicines or more tests required. Also referred me to a good glasses shop which is so sweet of him! I also observed him with children patients he's so good n friendly with them as well :) I'm surely recommending him to people of all age groups!

I got Lasik done in October last year (2016). When i visited him i was so unsure about the procedure, but his calm and assuring self made me go for it. Dr. Shikari is a wonderful person, he answered all my numerous questions and even kept it touch with me to know my progress well after the lasik. Waking up every morning to such a clarity is a blessing. And i thank Dr. Shikari for encouraging me to go for it. Definitely and highly recommend him for all your eye care
I went to Dr. Shikari for Lasik in November 2016. The whole thing was done in less than an hour in Saifee Hospital and I am very happy with the results. Am already enjoying life without my spectacles and lenses. No redness too. Glad I did this in time for my wedding. Thank you Dr Shikari for tolerating my hundreds of questions and dealing with all my doubts so throughly. I will enjoy riding the waves during my honeymoon in Maldives as you pointed out!! ;)
