What a pathetic experience. First of all, the service was so poor. The number of times we had to ask for getting simple things done was a lot. Second, the rooms were unclean, bedsheets smelling, washroom had spiders. When asked for new soap, it took 2 hours for one bar of soap. Only 1 blanket was provided, when we asked for more, they refused. When we asked for a mattress, we had to pay Rs 500 just for that which was not informed to us prior to our booking. Unprofessional staff who had no sense of courtesy. Overall a horrible experience. Will not recommend.

One of the horrible experience. Rooms smelled really bad. Rooms are nothing like I Pictures. It has got cocroches. They reuse plastic water bottles and if you ask for new bottle they charge rs 25 extra. You can not ask fresh towel before 2 days. Kitchen opens only after 8 in the morning and they prepare only one thing everyday that is "Poha". For lunch and dinner you have to relay on near by restaurants. I would not recommend it to anyone. Only things working are TV, AC and geyser. Please avoid.

Nice exterior. Room wasn't ready, duvet and bedding was dirty. Room was dirty and not clean. Bad condition. Wouldn't recommend.

At first impression, things seem to be strange. The food does take a long time at first, but it is pretty good. The caretakers are pretty nice, but only if you write a good review. Surendra's phulkas are as good as a five-star's, if not better. And Pramod the caretaker is very helpful in little things around the house. So I recommend if you have a REALLY good sense of patience and are going to write a good review.
