Why the he*l would you go to her? On my inquiry for possibility of relevant match for my age group, she was OVERLY RUDE to say, just go thru website. I can not keep explaining(even for my first question). On asking, how does the bureau process work? She had no patience to even hear my question. I doubt that she is ABSOLUTELY NOT interested in her job and values or respects clients. It's okay to be upfront but if she is NOT INTERESTED in her job to know any specific requirements of the client, how would she even deal with them later? Horrible experience! MUST AVOID WASTING YOUR MONEY. There are much better who would help you find relevant matches. Better go to people who would put effort to work for you or understand you as a client. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

I highly recommend NOT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY in her services. The owner and the staff has no decency to talk to potential candidates, rest assured their behaviour would be worst once the money is paid and as customers you are bound their services and response to your interest. The tone, the attitude is completely unprofessional. I highly doubt she can play a match maker role with this behaviour and lack of empathy to customers.

Do you have money to waste on someone absolutely not bothered about her work? She just does not even like an enquiry to answer a new client approaching. On contrary, she asked, are you trying to interview me? For even understanding the kind of work she does! Which world is she living in? Old names won't survive without good communication and effort to know clientele. Pathetic human and worst bureau to reach out. I guess even tinder would be much helpful then these no serious money baggers ! Useless place. Don't go on its name. Go and find a right person who is open to understand your requirements

" HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, WASTE OF MONEY, RUDE, HOAX BUSINESS" I have enrolled with her bureau at the recommendation of a friend. She has been extremely rude to me and my mom after we paid the membership fees. If you enroll it is rest assured your money is completely gone down the drain. In the past 7 months I have recieved only 5 biodatas from her. After confronting her about this, she agreed to not having biodata matching my qualifications. I have been extremely patient and asked Falguni to transfer the membership to my sister who is younger and there could potentially be more matches for her. To which she refused and said its not her problem that there are no biodatas matching my age and qualifications. (P.S. I am 30 years old). . So anybody looking to pay her fees with the intention of recieving good matches. Kindly refrain from that. You can directly go to her online site and search the free groom or bride listing. Which is what she will guide you to, even after paying 11000 rupees of membership fees.
