Really nice online store and offline store (although I haven't visited it). I picked Doom Eternal Deluxe Edition for Rs 1650 and all Bioshock games Remaster included at Rs 349 in the Easter sale. And I got an Xbox controller delivered home via the offline store in about 4 hrs via booking a Wefast from my end. Great Service! My only suggestion would be they should start home delivery of packages from their end and start renting out Digital CD's or Physical CD's on a monthly basis. Thanks.

Beware of NOT TO BE SOLD SEPARATELY!!! Bought it from one of the stores and got a copy of the BUNDLE PACK that says, "Not be sold separately" and was neatly hid by attaching the stickers on the seal. GAMESTHESHOP, you should not sell such copies or should not hide it from customers at least. Customers, CHECK BEFORE YOU BUY.

Has a neat collection of console games but the person in charge when I went seemed very arrogant unwilling to answer to my queries regarding ps5. I don't like to say such stuff but his behaviour deserves this "what does he think he is contributing with such a douchebag attitude?" only thing the business is getting out of all this is a lost potential customer. I traveled for 1.5 hrs for that bs.

Being game the shop's customer since the birth of their business. Always preferred GTS for purchasing PlayStation games and usually purchased on day one from their Rcity outlet until it was shut down. Now, I have been in touch with their store manager Rahul who is not only helpful but also knowledgeable and most importantly he is skilled gamer as well. So, he will never guide you wrong. His after sale service and interaction with customers is at elite level. Inshort, he reminds me of "Goro Majima " from yakuza 0. (Customer is king ) he is available for you whenever you are seeking for his guidance or help. Kudos to GTS for making this place feel like home for gamers. - Deependra Chauhan.
