I expected a lot looking at the reviews and everything was good as well but one thing which left a bad taste is that they did not colour my natural hair and left it grey. Now it's looking odd as top hair is black and sides are grey and many people pointed that out to me as well. Did not expect this blunder from a place like this. Iv checked out other places and everywhere coloring is done before fitting in the patch. I deduct 4 stars bcoz of this blunder and embarrassment they caused me.Also wanted to mention prior to the process they would call me promptly and answer all my questions but now they don't even bother to respond or call back. Truly unprofessional behavior.

Hair Innovations is good in providing range of Hair Systems. I had a detailed counselling with them and Hair Innovation team gave good suggestions. In Covid situation they are keeping all the safety norms during the lockdown. The Salon staff is good, skilled and well mannered. Overall a good professional experience!!
