Called to check for Sonography for my mother who is a senior citizen and they said the clinic is open. When i reached there, they told me that clinic is open but NO DOCTOR to do Sonograpgy. This is despite the fact that i had called to check specifically for Sonography. While clinic supposedly opens at 8.30 AM, there is NO DOCTOR for sonography etc before 9.30 AM or even later. Caused massive problem as my mother is a diabetic and develops infections on holding urine (vital for her sonography and urine tests). So basically these are insensitive people who have been employed in a medical establishment. Such a shame.

I took my dad as we just needed sonography reports for sake of precaution before operation as per recommened by surgeon. But Dr. Hemant was not interested because as per him sonography wasnt required at all n even if it is not required we needed it for sake of precaution as asked by surgeon before operation but Dr. Hemant didnt felt the need of it and having no option my father asked let it be and we left. Pathetic! You cant influence anyone so much to not to do it. We needed report same day itself which wasnt available any where else that's why we came up to dr hemant centre n unfortunately we didnt got to do sonography as no other places there was availability of dr neither we could have got reports the same day.
