I had a great experience from Vijay Electronics during my recent purchase of an LG air conditioner in August 2020. I have come to expect great service from them over the years and they have never disappointed. The staff is very professional, courteous and understands the customer situation perfectly. During this unprecedented COVID times, working with them over phone and whatsapp has been a godsend and I did not miss the in-person shop experience. Their installers take every precaution and were very careful. When I called them about installing a new air conditioner in our main living room, we got a very detailed consultation with respect to selecting the right model for the size of the room. I sent them the room dimensions and a quick video and they shared the pros and cons and we agreed on the model. Based on the consultation, we had to do some work to put an internal door to the hallway and put a new opening in the window grill for the outside A/C unit. Vijay electronics was patient and provided guidance through this work and were on standby till this work was completed. Once the above work was done, the delivery of the A/C and installation was done the very next day. The installation was hassle free and perfect and had us enjoying the cool comfort. Vijay electronics is always the only place for all my appliance needs.
It's rare to find a store like this in this day and age that has been consistently great over the years. A shout out to the boss for steering the ship in the right direction and Mr ramananad for being awesome.
All the sale person are very cooperative with the customers, outlet is great divided in three divisions for different products. Display are well maintained with great views. Overall it's was a excellent experience to get any products from here.
Our experience at Vijay Electronics has been very good. The sales team has always been excellent. Recently when we visited the store Mr. Ramanand was extremely helpful and gave a detailed presentation of the products which helped us in making our purchase.
