I had a very good experience at the Livspace Experience Center. Tanvir was super helpful and spent almost 3 hours to answer all our queries. She was very patient to listen to our queries and even recommended few things which we never thought of. I am super impressed by her professionalism and her designing eye for everything. I would recommend everyone to at least pay a visit to have the experience.

Project ID 546988 , snags not being attended and inferior quality of work done , while there are many concerns in the time taken/quality abd pending snags , will start it with the quality of work done . Posting pictures of the quality of work done in TV unit which is the main focus point in any interior work done , I have been raising for almost 3 months to give me a resolution on this but till date no one has bothered , had raised my concern vide ticket number 776117 on 25th of October to which only response I am getting till date is team will attend to this but till date team is very bsy to have the issues resolved. Second issue is on the amount of refund due from the company which I will be posting separately. Till date ie 3rd March work is still pending and I am just following up and getting false promise. Pathetic execution, false promises and no deadlines

End product is fantastic...Just Loved it...Journey was ups and down...Need to follow up for completion of work (can do benefit of doubt of covid but can improve definately)... Modular Products is good... Conclusive Statement : End Product is awesome...Marketing guy can take you to cloud 9 but they are just like us.

Manjunatha of customer care was very co-operative and helpful. We got a door of our kitchen unit replaced as it was damaged. They replaced it free of cost as it was still under warranty and the replacement was done without waiting for a long time.

My project is 564703. Possession date confirmed to me over email was 04-Jan which was later revised to mid-Jan and then 28-Jan. Finally I was told that everything is in place and I will be given possession by 04-Feb in worst case scenario. Today is 25-Feb and work is still incomplete. I moved in with incomplete work and since then I have been talking to Varun Chopra, Operations team - Bhanu Prakash Gupta, Vipul Rozera but still there is no progress. I have made payment already and I have wasted time in more than 100 calls since then to close the refund amount. I trusted the brand and professionals but my experience has been extremely bad. I finally asked them to complete my kitchen but I was told again that kitchen will be completed in another 35 days and cost has also gone up? All the customer complaints is a testimonial is that everything not going well with this company and posting some beautiful designs won't help unless customers are getting right service level. Team is very unprofessional in handling customer issues and they are treating me like an idiot giving me false assurances but no delivery. My home is full of livspace garbage with which I am forced to live with this garbage everyday. My dream of entering into a well furnished home could not happen and hope others do not go thru' similar experience. Can someone at responsible position look into the matter and help complete my interiors or refund my money with compensation?

Reason I am giving worst rating here and do not recommend this to anyone. I have ordered modular kitchen Product No- 725499, Booked kitchen with 10% amount on 27 Dec 2020 and confirmed all the designs and measurement till 17 Jan 2021 with more 40% of money with the commitment "Product will deliver by 10 Feb and site work will be done by max 15 days". So I have moved to My New Home on 20 feb 2021 assuming work will be done in 5-10 days. Now after chasing Mumbai team. I get new Date which was 10 March 2021. I has planned house warming small party on march my new home dreams is now shattered. Again I get new date which is 21 march 2021 still there is no reply. Now I am getting 27 March 2021 date. Now these guys have stop replying, sales manager is not picking up the call. I wanted tax invoice receipt by March end so that I can claims some amount of it. That is too I am loosing now. This is worst experience here. Tell me where I can go now. To whom I can contact to make this work.
