Worst experience ever.We booked 15 seats they give us 14 and just show 2 points which is the not good..you have to hault at free points but they typed with the third class things.. just waste of money ..just search on google n go for mumbai darshan instead of these stupidity... third class services third class people third class guides.

He is not even worth of 1 star ...don't ever book bus from this tours and travels don't opt for any service from them ...you will speak to different people with the same name "Nitin" he will ask you to give advance then he will not even answer calls ...they will call you from different numbers with the same name ...worst service in such city. Waiting for my advance to come back as they didn't provide me with any service.

Horrible experience had booked a mini bus from Mumbai to Neral ,the cost was negotiated n fixed but the owner called on the day of travel stating it’s not affordable.After calling several times he agreed.we left from Mumbai the driver was very rash.To are surprise bus broke down at 6 pm near Mankhurd.Driver or the owner did not bother to check the condition of the bus before leaving.out of 16 travellers 11 were girls ..When we asked the owner to send another bus he disagreed nor was he ready to refund.Left with no option we threatened nd recovered 5k out of 7k paid to the owner.To add to the mess owner sent 2 men to threaten us..We somehow arranged for another bus and left at 7.30 pm...It was the most horrifying experience..Owner is rude,arrogant,inconsiderate..his words apolog meri bus leke Ehsaan nahi kar rahe ho jana hai toh Jao varna baithe raho par muze Das baar call Mat karna...Dishusting man is ill mannered nd does not know the right way to speak with women.

Most worst experience....if there would be negative ratings I wouldn't give that also.... The bus provided by the traveler was worst condition than committed n stopped in the mid way n we had to organize another traveller in emergency
