This saved my life when it was excessive rains and all local trains and other transportation were out of service recently. Station was neat and clean. The train was so clean and maintained timings. There is good security around this. The experience is great as the view is superb. Had a great experience

I love monorail, it save a lot of time if it runs on time but it never run on time. No fixed timings everyday. There is always delayed in timings. As a frequent traveler, I'am very upset as it always change the mono timings and we have to run for taxi as it is not possible at the last minute to reach on time at work if we run for local train. It's not worth for public/passenger to wait for 30 minutes or more for the next train if it gets delayed as we are all living a busy life.Time is precious. Rest everything is fine. If it runs in fixed timings. Will definitely give 10 star.

A very useful, time saving and effective mass transport utility getting bad publicity due to poor management, end mile connectivity options and lack of sufficient rakes. Its simply not worth for passengers to wait around 30 minutes between two trains.

Monorail cuts across some of the most dense areas of the city. Making the east west connection in the city much easier The travel time from chembur to Jacob circle is 40 minutes. The city can have many more such connections with monorail.

The train frequency is not at all appropriate. 20mints gap in a city like mumbai is not at all convenient. You can cover the whole monorail stretch faster via road. The least they could have done is increase the frequency.
