For Filter Coffee Lovers, theres no competition for Mysore Concern’s offering. Located just off the Maheshwari Udyan (King Circle) in Matunga, where its been brewing since 1939. Remember, one must have a decoction vessel at home to make and truly enjoy this brew the way its served in South Indian homes and restaurants. Off late their signature Brindavan Bold sealed packs are available online and at various outlets, but we still prefer to personaly visit this only outlet, just to soak in the aroma of freshly grounded Filter Coffee right in front of you...
I have been buying coffee for the past 2-3years from Mysore concerns... The coffee is good on all fronts ... Have tried all the big names down south like Leo ,Narasus, Kothaa and my personal favorite Bismillah and I can definitely say that Mysore concerns will rub shoulders with all of them...As far as mumbai is concerned they are hands down the best....
Best filter coffee powder you can buy. I'm from Mumbai. And from the times of my grandfather till now, for almost 50 years we have been only living on this coffee and even my friends and guests have loved the taste of this coffee... Nothing to beat it. It leave tastes of Starbucks, CCD coffees far behind.
I grew up in Matunga. Been coming to this place since then. Need I say more ? Pics attached. Rs 120 per 250gm in Jan 2020.

Small Shop. Easy to find with the aroma of coffee powder in the surrounding. Its a no nonsense shop. You just get fresh coffee powder. So make sure you carry your own bag.
This located at near king circle area. This is very small cafe. Famous as well crowded cafe. Very nice south Indian foods we gets Like they non AC / as well AC area for sitting is there. Prices of food here is very nominal. Pineapple sherra is good. Neer dosa is good. Service is very quick. Must try coffee. Cafe style feeling.
