I refer all my patient to Neptune diagnostic, Reasons 1. Accurate diagnosis 2. Promote service 3. Both path and radio/ sonography services under one roof 4. Digital reports on whatsapp to both patient and refering doctor. I find this most useful. In Covid times you don't have to visit the Lab or the doctor again. I can guide my patients directly on whatsapp on future course of treatment. Keep up the good work Neptune Diagnostic....

I had visited for my first pregnancy sonography but unfortunately my report was bad but Dr. Manisha Shah did not consult me about it immediately and it put my life in danger. At least read this review and think twice before step in this lab for any pathalogy report. You may also land in danger.

Very irresponsible staff is working here. They don't even read the Dr.'s prescription properly. I faced two mistakes in one visit. Prescription of patient X is used to diagnose patient Y . Team Neptune, pls be responsible and don't create more trouble to patient and their relatives.

I visited the center for my 3D 4D obstetric pregnancy scan. I was happy with staff cooperation and doctor’s attitude. Since the baby was not in perfect position, they had to scan few times but thanks to nice ambience,waiting was not bothersome.

Recently I contacted Neptune Diagnostics - Ghatkopar for Portable x ray radiograph of chest at home for my ailing bed ridden mother. They provided prompt service at our home within few hours of request. On our request they delivered the report and x ray film at our home on same day. Thank you.

Very nice quick and best service. Staff is nice specially receptionist is helpful and quick cooperating well. Clean clinic. My wife went for my eight year boy's sonography. Within hour they sent me copy of report on wts app. So good and prime location.
