Well the place is at pivotal location due to its proximity to WE highway. However before Omkar Realtors entrance, it was full of slums therefore the mentality of some of dwellers is still the same even after shifting into reasonably good SRA flats. But I am sure with changing time things will also change.

Large locality area...But very handy easy to go anywhere as western express highway on 2 min distance..The station is also very near...

The place has a good view with Top floors has a good ventilation & services are clean in its premises with lift operation is really in good fast condition.
