Pilot Honda Service Chembur is a authorised service centre of Honda and they also dealer of Honda. If you are going for service than you should go early in the morning because there is always a bit rush because this is only sevice centre near by for Govandi, Chembur and Kurla. Staff is cooperative and they are helpful too. This service center has a ample place for parking. Best part is response also quick.

The Honda Service Centre Few Good Staff, rest all are not bothered about actual service. You have to stand on their heads to get desired work done. Always ensure that all the job you told them to do, is completed before taking charge of the vehicle. Care less riders. Not upto the mark Mark Service. Still I m their loyal customer for last 12 years.

Place is good but they call you much earlier at the time of payment, so you have to sit in waiting line for a long time. Also people who are local, get their payment done fast using personal contact. But overall servicing is good. Charges are little higher.

It is the correct place to get your Honda two wheeler serviced. They hire trained professionals to service and repair your vehicle. All the spare parts are Honda original and are made from the best material available. Three monthly services are suggested for any two wheeler for oil change and brakes and light testing. The cleaning process is also very thorough. The USP for me was that they note down the fuel level when they accept vehicle for servicing and even after servicing you can check the fuel level will be the same. Would 10/10 recommend. It becomes a little hard to find so just follow the road till the petrol pump and right next to the petrol pump there is a gate with 2 watchmen

Its just next to CNG pump. Little inside but easy to locate. Parking was little congested. Sitting area was spacious & music was on for all time. Some of the staff is good & some of them are so impatient. Most of the parts are available which are not easily available from other service center.

They are worst with service they will call you for bike servicing and at arrival they will inform you that ohh we have called you by mistake we will call you when you have actual service due. And then they never call you!!! I would highly recommend honda high authorities to check this service center for process streamlining and ofcourse if possible change in staff they don't care whether your bike is getting proper serviced or not!!!

I have gone for my new activa servicing. Poor quality servicing. Even after highlighting the issue in meter and self start still the issue exist after servicing. They have charged me extra Rs.120 for labour charge for free the kick and 250 Rs extra which is given in separate company bill for servicing the engine. No use of this free servicing facility from company. We can't believe in chembur service center. Please check your bills and confirm from the counter.
