This is the most unreliable diagnostic centre when it comes to reception taking call.. One can try for hours and hours together but to no avail.. The staff and account dept are so curt and annoying that anyone who comes for a normal test without any fever etc will go back with one.. VERR VERY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.. let me tell everyone how incompetent they are.. On the 2nd of Apr i went for MRI and requested for a copy of the CD too.. But when i got the reports there wasnt any CD.. i told them i have had a SPINE OPERATION and cant travel all the time.. Then today as i was sorting my papers i realized they have not given me a bill too.. I will never go to PULSE EVEN IF I AM DYING

Extremely poor service. They have nothing organised, very poor processes and staff have no clue how to handle things. However, one thing they are very good at is getting business. They didnt let us walk out when we decided to go to another centre. They promised stars moon. Now sitting and waiting to collect report for 1.5hrs. The report was supposed to be ready 3hrs ago. Ohh I finally got the report while typing this review and it has no commparison included with previous report. Please choose Nirmaan or other centres. These people have no clue.

Very badly organised. Long queues for CT scan on a Sat around 2.5 hrs. Kept saying only 6 patients in queue. Sonography was quick and got report half an hour. Waiting arrangements and reception service was good, so giving a star.

Each part of this place is disgusting! The appointment are for name sake and waiting time once u land can be around 3-4 hrs !oh yes that for an hospitalised person since they take all calls even when they are over booked ! Staff is either dump or too rude to tolerate..the filmy municipal hospital would be better choice if this is last private hospital on planet ! Don't forget to check out pic its VERY Clean outside

I got two blood test and an xray done here. The one star is because the blood test went smoothly. Other than that the lady who took the Xray was extremely rude, impolite, arrogant. She was not concerned at all about the xray and just wanted to get done with it. She spoke in a very rash impolite demeaning manner and it is very upsetting. Almost made me question why I came to this facility. I mean I want to get a few tests done, I'm paying the charge for it but somehow it felt like she was doing me a favor by doing her work. There's mismanagement, forgetfulness, and this kind of brash behaviour. I'm not going there again. There are other laboratories around that are cheaper and I'd rather walk a mile more.

I went for my HSG test in this facility I will urge all the ladies who ever have to go though the HSG testing please avoid going to this pathology. The Test Itself is very very very painful nothing that you have experienced before and this pathology is not making the experience any better or relaxing at all. The nurse was not present for my test the doctor was good but the helper that they have was not at all experienced and I don't think knew what she was doing. It was a very painful experience all together and with such not so trained staff it was even more horror. Please choose wisely and do not repeat my mistake.

Worst experience.no coordination with their Staff..not knowing the importance of getting report on time.. false commitment given ..need to file a strong complain against them. Worst management. Seriously how these entities are given licence to run medical diagnostic centres
