I did the six weeks egg-free course at SEP and it was truly an amazing experience. The classes are very focused and detail oriented, teaching you about the science of baking and pastry as well, and not just following a recipe. The chefs at the school are all incredibly talented and have years of experience, and it was truly a delight to learn from them. They use the best ingredients and equipment, and you also learn a lot about pricing, demand, how to market your product and a lot of other things needed to set up your own venture. A must-do for anyone interested in baking and pastry !!

I am glad that i joined SEP! It was an amazing journey! I feel lucky to have got the opportunity to learn in the best school from the best Mentors! I have done both the eggless and 6 months diploma course and I would highly recommend both courses.The school makes sure that their students understand each and every aspect of bakery and pastry. They make sure that your basics are strong and that you understand the science behind every recipe and ingredient. Apart from having an amazing set of chefs SEP also has world class infrastructure. Every student is given equal attention and encouragement. I feel lucky to be a student at SEP.

On joining SEP, I had no idea about how my journey ahead would be. Being the homesick person that I am, I was worried about how I’d be able to adjust and work. But, on completing the course today, I am extremely satisfied and have absolutely no regrets. A place that gives you comfort, while maintaining discipline, is rare to find and for me that is SEP. All our questions were answered, no one made us feel uncomfortable, no doubts were lame or irrelevant, each one of us were equally treated and respected.
