Worked with this company for 10 months. No leave policy, only 1 week off, untidy and uncomfortable chairs, not so clean desk, single washroom for gents, water logging when there is heavy rainfall, no fixed incentive date, salary is paid on 15th or after that if its a banking holiday. No canteen and cafetaria at this place. Overall Management is not good at all. I would not term this company as BPO, it is just a small scale collection agency. Horrible experience working with them.
