Working out with a Shakir is a real pleasure. He curates your workout program based on your requirements, current fitness levels and goals. Extremely knowledgeable, passionate, professional and patient, Shakir makes an effort to make you feel comfortable. He finds a fine balance of pushing and motivating to ensure that you enjoy the workout from within and don’t feel overwhelmed and stressed as most workouts make you feel. The result is a slow and steady development but one that you enjoy for long term. This approach has definitely made me own my workout and I feel good putting in those reps instead of feeling stressed about it. Thanks Shakir!
