Sirona Diagnostic....At Dadar. A premium medical diagnostic centre for the middle class people of Mumbai. Strategically situated, A highly qualified set of specialist Doctors and staff who work at an efficient pace...With a smiling face. Not too heavy on the wallet...They specialise in sonography and various other pathological diagnostic services. Nice, efficient, hardworking people.

I had very bad experience with Sirona today, self had booked appointment for Sonography on 8th September 2020. The appointment was confirmed for 10th September [email protected]. Today when I visited the centre they told me Doctor is not available today, also my name does not mentioned in appointment records. Then I shown them the confirmation message. When I asked them at least you should keep me inform but casually the Sirona team says that my name was skipped. As per Gyanac advice I have to do Sonogrpahy on 10th and 12th Sept only considering the MC. Pls never trust Sirona.

Kind Attention : Sirona Management With Sirona we had One of the worst service by any Pathology not sensitive to patient need. We went for our health check-up on March 17, 2019. Only part check was done as doctors were not available even though prior appointment was taken. We were conveyed that the customer support will call for next appointment. We didn't get any call for next appointment. Pathology never bothered to share the report even though we had given our email address as well as address. hence we again visited the Pathology on March 23, 2019. We were conveyed that our son post Prandial blood sample needs to be taken again. And pathology was planning to send our report (after 6 days....still just planning). We got our remaining checkup done. My son's blood was taken again. We were conveyed that the report will be couriered in 1-2 days and also soft copy will be sent on mail. Till today (14 days) we haven't received the report and findings of my son blood sample for second time. In between my wife kept calling the Pathology and requesting for report. Everyday new story was made by the staff like problem with courier service, ineternet, email I'd...etc. It's more than 2 weeks and we still haven't received our full report. Today on calling the Pathology they again took email address only to email the old report of my son. We ate really worried about the report now. Not sure how come such pathology is doing business? Why their license shouldn't be cancelled? We are planning to sue the Pathology for such careless service. Looking for genuine response from the owner of the Pathology failing which we will be forced to launch formal complaint against you. Regards Sandeep
