I was extremely unhappy with the service they have provided, not satisfied with the way the things were packed because when I unpacked, some of the things were damaged. Hardly 10 boxes and one stretch rool was used which doesn't even cost more than 2000Rs. And they have over charged me for everything. I'm extremely disappointed coz they didn't fullfill the promises they made. I'll never recommend your services to any of my colleagues or friends.

Our experience with them is pathetic. The packers team is unprofessional and immature. They arrived with out proper packing material like bubble wrap and cling film. The primary packing of breakable expensive items were clumsily done leading to breakage and spillage of kitchen spices. We wouldn't recommend them.

The package and service was great. But the amount i had to pay was 9200 due to some phone issue the amount i transferred was 9400,i repeatedly asked for the refund for 200 but it was not given back. I would have definitely given it 5 star but because of the refund problem i giving 3 star.

Very disappointed with the service. They brought very less packing material. I had my wardrobe and bed dismantled so i wanted all the parts to be packed. The executive Mr. Surya also asked me to send a video a week before shifting date to get an idea of the items to be packed and moved but still the packing material sent was very less than the items i had listed out. All the dismantled parts of bed and wardrobe was shifted without any packing or safety measures. There are scratches and marks on my furniture. Even the crockery was packed with newspapers that I had at home. When i called Mr. Surya asking about less packing material being sent he just put the blame on me saying i did not specify to him that the wardrobe and the bed needs to be packed. Then why the hell was I asked to sent a video. And what are packers and movers for??? Mr. Surya was very casual about the whole thing and I had no option but to carry on with the shifting. Don't cheat customers. Very unprofessional. Bad service. Will never recommend them to anyone.

Amazing service. Mr. Raj came to my place and checked all the luggage. Though on the day of shifting, there was a small blunder in the truck, smaller truck was sent. But the way he handled the situation. Later my remaining luggage was sent and reached safely. Staff was very friendly.. packed everything very carefully and not a single item was damaged. Great job!
