I bought a new tabletennis racket..... I am a 58 year old lady Just played twice and the racket broke. The reply from there side was that I have banged the racket on the table. They were not ready to beleive me. It's not a question of replacing it, but were extremely rude in replying. Would never visit the shop. Absulutely no courtesy
