The manager of the hotel were super helpful. The apartment was super clean. There was no problem booking it or staying. They kept everything safe and clean. Amazing hospitality! Would be booking this beautiful place again!

When we arrived for our stay, despite informing themthe company we were arriving very late, which they responded was no problem, the gates were locked and we couldn't get in. No sign to indicate that this is the location other than the address. We were very confused and concerned as it was 3 am. Finally some locals tried to help us. They tried calling the number, no one answered... Turns out security guard was asleep. He finally woke up after the locals helping us were yelling for about 5 min. At that point he woke up and let us in where we waited for another while for the manager (I guess) to let us into our room. Overall the rooms and the stay was beautiful... Gorgeous interior but our check in process was alarming and quite distressing.
