What they don't have in terms of collection, they make it up in service. While all of the staff were very courteous and patient, special mention for Mr. Abdul, Store Manager who was outstanding with my enquiry and showing frames after frames with no hesitations and explaining me the features and advantages of different types of lenses. Never felt like being pushed for specific brands or lenses which I have faced in Lenskart and Himalaya stores. Was again happy to purchase from Titan, a Tata Enterprise. Last but not least, they agreed to deliver the merchandise at my office. That's an ace. Overall great experience.

It’s great experience I have got from Aftab that he has solve my problem within second day only and big thanks to store manager Wasim bhai my case was I have lost my moms eye wear while riding a bike and moms want to travel next day to MP at 11pm than I was searching for Titan eye wear number form google I got Wasim sir number than I make a call in late evening he has told me that he solve my problem just visit the Bandra store Wasim sir told me that he made spectacle according to my moms eye number. Aftab really done work hard for me and arrange the eye wear and deliver to me on same day at 6pm. Thank u to Wasim bhai and he team. Really great service

ABDUL for helping me out to pick the best product Mr. ABDUL EVEN SHARED ME FEW GOOD TIPS I had recently bought Fast track eye wear which got broken still they replaced me with a new one with 2 days..
