Lot of variety I never seen before in single Shop staff is very cooperative And polite

Totally unprofessional attitude of entire staff - I happened to visit Dahisar, Kanderpada outlet today at around 1.50 p.m. Staff was having lunch so I asked them if they would be able to show me the frames if I wait for 10-15 minutes till they finish the lunch? I was told that I will have to wait for half an hour as they don't work in lunch time. I told them that since I was coming from but far, can they please show me the frames immediately after their lunch once they are done with it ? They refused !! Gawde opticians who spend money on advertisement should spend some money on sales staff also because they are not only unprofessional but also rude. Big advertisements can attract customers but untrained unprofessional sales staff can severely damage the reputation - for me it was the last visit to this place.

It's expensive and have limited options. I'd prefer lenscart over local opticians.

Leave the staff, even owner is soooooo ....co operative and helpful.Total 6 glasses so far my family members got made. I can't think of going elsewhere in future too.After sales_ service is excellent too.
