I visited on 15 Feb 2021 I had very bad experience No ladies staff to interact with ladies patient. The boy who was present was has no manner how to talk to ladies. Equipment and machinery was good but staff selection is very poor it's like no manners and un-educated don't know how to treat ladies. So if you are going with family ladies don't go at all.

Generally never empty, coz I find it's machines are with latest technology & results are accurate. Ladies used to scare a lot but staff explain them well. My dad had done both MRI & CT Scan and both the time we find much accurate results compare to other centres. Doctor are also good here, we thought doctor will do CT Scan but when checked some technician had done the scan. Tip: Ask them to email the report by default they don't email until you mentioned at reception. Upon on request Visitors with patient can go & see the scan inside.

Very bad service,the receptionist lady is very rude. I had take a senior cityzen cancer patient for CT scan and they make us waited for 4 hours to complete the scan process .very rude behavior of staff .even for report collection they make me waited for hours .

Unprofessional behaviour. Centre is dirty, staff are not taught about good hygiene practices. Mops and brooms kept in plain sight of customers. Staff were wearing masks but were very casual about touching surfaces and not sanitising their hands. Very casual attitude of all employees. After waiting for an hour we decided not to do my husband's CT scan at this place. Oh! And Vital had hung up a board that declared some award that they had won as a great imaging centre. But our honest experience has been pathetic. Not sure if the awards were bought. Instead we went to Pinnacle Imaging at Juhu where at the same cost we received outstanding service. The management should change the staff at this Vital centre. And ensure proper training is given to all employees. Should hire some women employees to balance the workplace. Highly disappointed. Although this was our first choice.

Went for ct scan, poor hygene, half of the staff dont wear masks nor do they santitize their machines properly.

I had gone there for my dental OPG and this place is not only neat and clean but the staff is also very courteous and professional from the front desk not the technicians . I would recommend this center for any radiology related services

This center has a refurbished MRI machine and they claim it is the latest. Big liars.. I wasted my hard earned money because there reports were not accepted at Kokilaben Hospital.
