Bunch of unprofessionals running the showroom. They say something and do something else. We wouldn't buy a loaf of bread from them, let alone a car. Our best service experience has been with Toyota, Honda & Hyundai so far. That is where we would recommend going to buy a car for a smooth & reliable experience apart from their good cars.

Volkswagen authorised workshop located in Andheri East, off western express highway. They are pretty good with their work, prior appointment should be made as they are always overbooked. Polite and helpful staff.

most unprofessional people i have come across, my car is there for more than a month, havent heard from them. they do not receive the calls nor do they call back. i have spend thousand of rupees travelling in cabs in last month or so and the mental stress is separate. Will not advice my friends or know ones to go for a volkwagen.

Horrible Customer service! Its actually ZERO star. First they tell you that they will provide you a drop back after you leave your car, then once you have left your car they tell you that they don't have a vehicle to drop you back. And that you can leave. Yes, I left but took my car back! And headed to another service centre.
