I had a good experience. The lady (may be in late 50s) was very helpful and helped me take decision. Had been there to buy a ring with friend for his fiance. Both of us were not having right knowledge.

Not a good experience nor they provide good customer treatment. Probably the worst jewellery showroom I've ever been to & also doesn't have any benefit schemes as well so would suggest everyone to go for other jewellery shops.

The showroom is good but the staff lacks basic courtesy and customer service. Reached the store at 12.30 in scorching heat....no one bothered to even offer me a glass of water ...they probably first take a guess of the amount you are gonna spend and then decide to be courteous. All the ladies jus kept standing or were busy with their own work. PN Gadgil at Prabhadevi is much better

Lazy staff. First time I went to purchase a ring here. They were not ready to make it citing reason that my finger size was too small. When I asked them to confirm with the person who's going to make it they didn't do so. Second time we went to collect some other ornament . We had to exchange our existing ornament and pay the remaining amount. But they said it was late and they wouldnt be able to do so. So that day we returned empty handed. again we had to go there to collect it. This time to exchange it they said they will have to call the concerned person.. but we had to remind them time and again to call the concerned person thereby wasting our time. My experience with waman hari pethe in dadar has been terribly frustrating.

Pathatic experience since these people may be good in jwellery collections but are worst in customer relationship. They have mentioned their closing time as 8:30 PM but they close their store by 8:00 for people and when you call on their shop's landline no. By standing just outside their closed shop. They try to fool their customers by saying that the shop is still open. So according to me they may be a good jewellery brand but don't expect a good customer relationship with this brand.
