I'm kinda confused to either go with wynbee or to directly buy some recognized brand from the US. Part of my confusion is due to the fact that diy home security systems are not very usual in India and the regular home security systems are very expensive and needs professional installment. But after taking my chance with wynbee, I'm not going to regret this decision as they are the best diy security system in India with international standards and very friendly customer service. They just don't sell you their products but they value the customer all along and that is very rare these days. I ordered the whole set of products for my house and it works perfectly as described and have many advanced features. I highly recommend this product.

After 3 months of using Wynbee home security system i can happily say that i am extremely satisfied with their products. It took me 3-4 days for the entire process of purchasing, installing and securing my home, whereas elsewhere it would have easily taken about 10-15 days, eating up a lot of my time in that process.

I loved their service. Whenever i called them, they always answered my call. As mentioned, the delivery was on time. I had some connectivity issue so I called them next week after installation, and i got a proper service from them to get it fixed too. It was just a minor error from my side.
