They should provide seats to patients relatives .Absoulately insensitive to make them stand for 2 hrs.. on footpath . They can always keep seats maintaining social distance.. I hope they understand.

Rude receptionist who doesn't know anything about patient care or rather humanity. To compliment, Dr Nalawade herself is nothing short of rude to her patients who are in immense pain. Feels like straight out of the box a BMC hospital doctor. Empathy is Golden madam.

I suffered ectopic pregnancy and was in unbearable pain because of that. Despite the number of requests my husband made to take me in, the receptionist just kept asking us to wait for our turn. I couldnt stop crying and at one point even wanted to scream because of the pain but the receptionist ignored it all and acted busy with her work. Even after going in, the doctor's approach was so rude. I can just go on and on but now I just hope that noone else has to deal with this kind of inhumanity. I was already in a lot of physical and emotional pain but the kind of pain they willingly made me go through Is unforgivable. I was clearly just another body she had to do the scan on. Its a request to you doctor to please be a little more considerate with your patients and kindly hire a receptionist who is less ignorant.

I dont know how smart she is or not, but she definitely doesn't understand triage importance.. maybe she skipped that in med school.. a patient waiting in her clinic and was screaming in pain, and all patients ahead were regular follow up ones who were also requesting the receptionist to consult the restless patient..me sitting there with my family member was feeling had for her.. and after that i made sure, im never coming to her in urgency or rest
