I never had a such experience from a supplier. He took the advance payment, didn’t supply the goods on time and on cancellation, I am still chasing him for the refund.

One word - PATHETIC! Don’t go by the name ‘Murliwala’ and get befooled. Purchased an expensive sofa set from them and they promised warranty and after sales service. After I got sofa installed at home, next day it started making noise upon sitting since it had a manufacturing defect. Visited their showroom 3 times but only fake promises of carpenter to be sent for repair work. They even stop picking up the calls. Stay away from these thieves!
