I had bought a second hand guitar from a friend without too much research. The guitar was of good quality and build, but turns out the distance between the strings and fretboard was too much and it was very difficult to play chords. I stopped practicing and started thinking about selling the guitar. But I went into Music House to ask if they could repair. Ashish, their in house guitarist, who also plays professionally, immediately saw the problem and said that he can fix it. It took him thirty minutes and it felt like a completely different guitar. Very impressed with the service and knowledge of the folks who work there.

This store has variety of musical instruments. The staff is very friendly and have good knowledge of the instruments. They try to understand the requirement and purpose. Based on requirement they show you the model you are are looking for and also help you to understand difference between the other model(next version or different brands) with respect to features and cost. This way one can get best instrument here. Please be aware when you buy Casio products online the warranty will not be applicable. The prices are fixed don’t expect any discounts here.

Because of the construction of Metro railway line, locating the shop might be just a little difficult for first timers, as the complex which houses it stands a little away from other buildings. It's a small shop with musical instruments lined up at the front window. The staff were polite and willing to explain the process of repair to me. I visited the shop today for the first time, hence I cannot comment on the quality of service just yet. However, I will update my review after my second visit, when I will be receiving my guitar after repairs. Update: Received my guitar after repairs. It's a very neat repair, no complains about handling! The staff are experienced and as polite as can be! I am happy with the service provided and would recommend Music House to anybody looking to have their instruments fixed.
