Staffs are very caring and problem solving. And the place is easy to notice for outsiders. Customer care staff is very smart to taking and resolving all the queries. One think is bad here.... Very less space for customer if anyone standing in front of customer no other can stand together. Door opens inside so if any more customer is in showroom there is very difficult to door open. The space is sufficient but they need to adjust it in right way...

I went there for mnp of postpaid(other network) to prepaid idea. The cc care guy told it is not possible. I have done same from idea company store sector 11 very easily.

Simply disgusting store... There is a executive named Poonam which is sitting in the centre in the photos... She is so rude has a very callous attitude and does not know even how to talk.. the owner of store is no doubt a gentleman but very less available in the store.... such staff in store will definately make Idea Cellular closed one day..... Hope Aditya Birla and their top officials wake up before it is too late....
