I was addicted to mysore sandal hand wash and used to recommend people to use for it's best quality and great fragrance even hours after washing hands..... BUT TODAY I PURCHASED FROM YESHAVANTHAPUR OUTLET AND I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH IT'S WORST QUALITY AND EVEN PACKING.. OLD ONE WAS BETTER.. PLS I REQUEST THE MANAGEMENT TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY TOWARDS QUALITY AND MARKETING.

I entered the outlet with so much zeal and enthusiasm as I have been using these products for decades But was greeted ( or not) by 2 ‘employees’ who would show no respect to the products or to the customers I went in there at 16:44h on 19 june 2019 At the till the cashier was busy on social media and making calls, and in between he would attend to me with ‘are you still here’ attitude No product information, no one to talk to! Bad experience brilliant company
