*Worst Ever Service in Mysore* After my first service faced several Problems.. Mainly Starting Problem\u003e When I asked them. they said "Petrol Bunk in Mysore Mixing Water in Petrol" I mean Who does that. are they serious?? kerosene Mixing is Fine but Water?? Very Irresponsible and Careless even while taking bike fore Service. 1 star I gave is just for Madhu who helped while booking. Nothing else.

Not good The explanation given by the showroom representative was very bad and not satisfactory. He himself was confused if the information he was giving was legit and correct. The service there is not up to mark and the service incharge makes excuses saying that the problem was with the vehicle when it came from the company and I had to do the required adjustments myself.

An excellent spot to buy Suzuki two wheelers. The staffs are cordial, resourceful and enthusiastic in helping customers. They are energetic on responding to customers' queries. I ordered Burgman street (Matte Blue and Bluetooth version) in Phoenix Suzuki and the level of getting things done is simply awesome. I got my Burgman street today. The Staffs especially Rakshith and Rachita took the ownership and helped me to complete all the document works. And Manager is very polite, friendly person. His ability of handling customers is simply amazing. Thank you all. Continue the good work and keep shining..
