Very well maintained bikes availability here. You have to book your rental from their official website only. Please once check the vehicle condition before taking rented vehicle. I rented bikes twice from here. One to tamilnadu touring another time rented for chikmagalur. I've faced no problems with both trips. Bikes are maintained good

Nice customer service. Bike condition was good. They kept the bike ready before I went there. Their online platform was also nice. Reminder Msg came before 30min of bike pickup. The staff was kind, but was born upto mark in sharing the information about the bike effectively. I faced a quite big problem by this. So a three Star for it. Thank you...

The staff behavior was good. They have a good collection of bikes and scooters. The condition of vehicle is good. Make sure you check or take a photo of the booked bike before you drive it out of their parking. Check if the tire condition is good, if indicators, lights and horn are working properly. Check if there are any dents. Check what is the reading on speedometer. I am saying this because they'll charge you for these if you don't have any proof that you have not made the dent or drove between the allowed distance. If you opt for helmet later and extend your ride, they charge you for the helmet too. I felt you should buy a helmet yourself because the condition of helmet is poor and they charge you more than the helmet cost itself. They don't consider the leftover petrol, so only fuel the bike for the distance you need to cover.

Hired an activa for a day! Bike was really smooth & pickup / drop was hassle free & quick! They should work on thr pricing once, as the additional cost builds up quickly if the KM limit is passed for the day! Otherwise highly recommended.

We rented 2 bikes in mysore , we tried to use the option time extension available in the app but we wer not able to do it as it said payemnt error option, kumar one of the coordinator in mysore spoke with no respect and rude to us when we returned the bikes by 1.30 hours. This kind of customer service is going affect the organisations growth ... Mr.kumar working in mysore Royal brothers needs to learn how handle customers .
