NV Organics is the best company you can work . HR department ,Accounts department even managment are very supportive and its feel like family .NV team is very helpful & supportive .Md of the company is very positive person and I have learned many things from him.

Operations_HR is really disgusting here. Usually take 3hours of a candidate for the interview. Also, they call candidates n tell them to come immediately for interview. R they serious? Firstly they call the candidate to come on time sharply but they themselves are not punctual, letting the candidate wait for hourssss They r rigid in convincing candidate for their own terms but not rigid on their own words. While hiring an employee, they annoy the candidates calling more than 15times within 5-10minutes. Continuous disturbance is a negative factor of the company. Can't say anything about other staff of the company.
