Pathetic experience with Nilkamal. Service is as worst. Specially their manager #Rohini she doesn't have value in her word. Whatever they prmised they are not fullfil. Next the owner #sachin,I hope he is the owner, hahe doesnt have any professional ethics. I could have give 0 star if possible. Dear viewers of my review its an advice never ever visit this shop.

Very poor customer services,too much confusion in rates,staff is not well trained. Two months before i have purchase dinner table, quality is very poor , in just two months the lower glass is crushing. Please take second opinion before visiting the store.

Very poor customer service. Their manager Rohini is very unprofessional and and dont know how to talk with customers. ( Technicians of nilkamal were well behaved) Kindly check ur order thrice before getting it. Pathetic experience with this place. Take second opinion before visiting nirmal home decor.
