Where do I start, this studio is what I think about when I think of weight loss. Awesome energy and knowledge that you get from Sandeep (Instructor). She is eager to help and will take time with you.She will first understand what you are striving for and then WILL get you there while having fun.I love the diverse workout combinations each week so there is no chance of getting bored.Something like this is what we have all been waiting for

DtF is a place to happiness, good health and motivation. In very few days I saw huge change in my overall lifestyle. It started with me feeling light, energetic and elated. My sleep cycle has come in place, my routine has become steady, my concentration has increased which is why I say it's effective on the overall lifestyle and not only in inch or weight loss. However please be assured that weight or inch loss is a natural result of these exercise. The best part is that Sandeep (trainer) customizes the exercise for everyone and gives special attention to everyone 's body type, requirements or health conditions. She also gives great diet tips that are very easy to accomodate in your day to day life. Love the positivity in the classes that Sandeep spreads . Thanks Sandeep!!

I joined DtF in the month of November at Hyderabad . It's a awesome experience and still experiencing. In 2 months even after a 2 weeks of leave I lost 2 kgs.. still more to go.. it's all because of Sandeep who is so much supportive and helpful in all the ways .. the moral support v get from Sandy is amazing. I have been associated with "DTF Studio Hyderabad" for about a year now. Training under Sandeep has been fantastic since then. She is gem of a person who puts her 100% in everything. Her keen observation, getting into the details of a good posture has worked for not only me but everyone in the batch. As part of a group session, I have really enjoyed the variety & challenge she put into the sessions & then took on a personal one-on-one session as well! There is always a surprise element in every session, so it never gets monotonous. Sandeep is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more reps/core exercises, lift progressively & generally push myself harder throughout each session. Sandeep, You make my day beautiful and energetic, by the end of the day I see myself at peace thinking that "Yes! A month in DTF and I am addicted to it. It makes my day with a great start. Its a great place to discover ur new self and rejuvenate. A great place and even greater is our instructor sandeep. She takes care of every client keeping their needs in mind. she is very attentive and focussed towards everyone. I have seen many positive changes in myself right from weight loss to remaining energetic throughout the day. I simply love the sessions and look forward to it. Its been 5 months i have joined DTF, i am very happy now, i am loosing weight as well as, my stamina has been increased, earlier i felt lot of exertion and even i couldn't play with my baby, but now, my strength has been increased, moreover i feel more confident, my body feels happy, so i am, sandeep is a very good trainer, she motivates a lot, she is very dedicated to her work, she rememberes each and every strength and weakness of her clients and do accordingly. DtF.. Dance to Fitness Yes its true... You can stay fit and healthy without having to lift those heavy and fancy weights... Its been 8 months now that i joined DtF and seen a good inch and weight loss. The best thing about DtF hyderabad is our best trainer Sandeep. She answers to every small doubts we ask so patiently and helps us understand our body. Also DtF provides the diet to be followed (so simple and balanced).
