This is a Gated Community with around 40 Villas. A nice small place with almost all amenities. The construction quality is bad. My close family friends have a house there. They had a terrible experience of leaking walls, flooded floors. It took them more than 6 months to clear their problems. In the recent rains too, one side of the compound wall fell down and heavy water flow flooded most of this place.
