Staff is very professional and attentive, and very easy to talk friendly, and helpful.The hospital and staff are great and they communicate well with you, they try to understand your needs. Hospital environment is really good every thing is well organized. Hygiene is well maintained and doctor's are excellent.

With all due respect to Dr. Nagarkar and his doctor staff who deals and work hard for taking care of patients, this review is for administrative staff. Most of the security staff are behaving rudely and bouncers are arrogant to patient relatives. We have done many complaints about their behaviour but without success. Some of the administrative office staff are also adamant. In one incident when we asked cashier a copy of bill to verify bill, he got furious. Also while our patient was admitted, even after depositing advance amount, medicines was not issued at night and we were called up at night 2 pm to deal the situation which we never expected. Nurse staff is just okay and duty doctors in wards are incompetent and move rarely from desk and looks more like clerks. Again to mention all oncologists and Nagarkar sir's team is excellent but we want to see all administrative staff who interact more with patients and relatives to be more sensitive to justify the big title 'Manavata' !
