one thing these guys don't realize is how to deal with a customer. A customer who gets a 500 rupee job today may give you a 1 lakh rupee job tomorrow if you are nice to him. rudeness and privileged attitude doesn't work here. That one star is for my experience dealing with Mr.Ramesh.
