Hello My Family is very Happy with the arrival of baby girl, the operation but Dr. Archana Wani and the authorities at Cloud Nine were very quick to response and act accordingly and started the procedure. The nursing staff and housekeeping staff all were very active and responsible in their respective duties. All the nursing staff were very polite and very helpful and sweet, especially Sister (Manna) very active and responsible and treating my wife as her real sister and also taking care of my baby and due to which all the worries were vanished and our stay was pleasant in the hospital.

Perfect place in Navi Mumbai for maternity. Very professional and humble staff. Experienced doctors who give advice which is best for you not just to increase your bill what I experienced in other hospitals. I tried motherhood Kharghar also which is next to my home but they turned out to be just greedy shop.

Firstly many thanks to Cloudnine officials and management for treating us so well and giving such a seemless joyful homely ambience. What more can one expect when its a question of having a new born life. Being a proud and happy parent we are extremely satisfied with the cooperation, help and guidance provided during hospitalisation, operation and discharge. Please keep up the good work in future as well. Let this #Cloudnine be a one stop solution for all would be parents in coming days. Lastly i would like to thank our consulting Doctor Shalini Verma for gifting us our beloved daughter and treating us like her own family. It has been a dream come true for us. Many many thanks to all Attendants, Nurses, NICU Officials and Visiting Doctors and Security Personnels for handling our baby birth process irrespective of severe Covid crisis effortlessly. Wish all the very best to all involved. Thanks a ton. Regards Rupali and Debasish Nandi.

Okay Okay

Had a disappointing experience with Cloud nine today. Their customer support had confirmed our appointment for 11 30 AM today and mentioned that consultation is free for the first visit. However, when we visited the hospital today, they said our appointment is not confirmed and had to treat as walk-in. They charged for the consultation and made us wait for 3 hours till 2 20 PM. What was the use of confirming the appointment with the customer support then? Absolutely disgusting first experience. Update: I dropped a mail to the customer support email 3 days ago. No response to it yet

Their emergency department is poor. Less professional unlike one expect at this kind of hospitals. We went for a checkup cos we felt there was something wrong. While my wife was inside I was not allowed to be there, this s strange cos no specific reason fir it. Few specifis: In the emergency room there was a house keeping staff helping the nurses. The nurses were so poorly trained that they were struggling to turn off the device which waz connected to my wife's finger n arm to measure oxygen level, bp etc which were normal. Super pathetic is that the nurses or the people inside were not wearing mask properly! A scan was necessary to check if our baby was fine for that the doctor was not avl whom they had to call, . Post scan it was concluded that everything was fine but the duty doctor felt an injection was necessary. Again i was standing outside while there were about 5 people inside within this small room! Worst is my wife is still suffering from the injection pain, thanks to poorly trained nurses/staff. At last my wife was allowed to come out post the reception person submitted a copy of the invoice that i paid. A typical sale closure sort of! Here i am not suggesting anything about treatment buy the way they functions. Simply horrible. Our doctor is Dr. Pooja Bansal and she is simply good but certainly with this kind attitude from emergency dept esp during covid time is a big concern.

My wife delivered at 26 weeks into the pregnancy(6 and 1/2 months) and the boy weighed just about a kilo. He was in the NICU for about 45 days before getting discharged. I'm very happy to say that my boy was in very capable and caring hands of the NICU staff because of which he was able to survive the premature birth. Thanks for all the help C9 Vashi :) you'll never be forgotten.
