I am 64 yr old, my shoulder got injured and it was a fracture plus muscle tear..due to some reason,surgery was delayed and after operation I was using shoulder belt for 1 month and my movements were comletely restricted there was no strength in my shoulder.My ortho Dr Vishal Rathod then advised me to take physiotherapy.I started it in core physiotherapy centre under the guidence of Dr Poonam. She mobilized my shulder and taught different exercise step by step.Now after 1 and half month of regular physiotherapy I have regained my shoulder movements and strength.Dr Poonam is an excellant physio, I felt very good and completelly satisfied with her treatment .May god bless her with all success in future.
