My sister has referred me to Dr. Vanashree for my backache. She explained me why I am having pain though I never had any injury, Orthopedic doctors didn't explain me the cause. She educated me about importance of correct posture, and core muscle strengthening. I am hotel management student , vanashree ma'am gave me tips about use of knife , height of kitchen platform, how to bend in knees instead in bending in waist. She said Ergonomics is essential to prevent occupational hazards now my fellow hm students also use those tips and we realized these simple things can improve our quality of work with lesser pain in wrist or neck or back.

Dr. Vanashree is the best Occupational Therapist for Orthopedic cases. Whenever I need exercises or pain relief treatment for me or my relatives, I always take sessions from Vanashree. She explains home program in details, makes sure that we have understood all exercises and precautions. She also tells us which movements to avoid in daily activities, and gives exercises with the goal that I can get back to my work. Her program is client centered, she planned the program considering my occupational demand, my hobbies etc. She focuses on ADL Training which I never received in physiotherapy.
