I bought a flat that had a leakage in the ceiling. Water used to drip from above constantly and the area was always damp. The upper floor resident was not at all cooperative. I contacted Mr. Tennyson who took a lot of trouble to painstakingly repair the ceiling by Polyurethane Injection Grouting without any trouble to the flat above. 7 years have passed since then and not a drop of water in sight nor has the paint ever come off. I highly recommend Mr. Colaco who is very sincere, efficient and reasonable. You can trust him blindly.
