These guys not deserve even a 1 star rating. I contacted to this dealer in July-Aug 2020, the person who was dealing with me is incapable to handle the request. I was proactively trying contact from my end however no response from sales person and due to this I wasted my precious time. Due to this I missed my all the plans to have the car on special occasion. However, now I feel it was good efforts by Team Kamal Hyundai for not getting this deal and I saved from further headache due to your service. Keep continue with the same work and helping your business to shutdown. All the best!

Not a good experience at all while buying a car. Even after making full payment for the car, made to wait for 5 hours on delivery day. Also had to make an extra payment just to get the car out of the showroom. Original documents of the car, RFID tag not delivered on time. Strange enough, door visors were missing from one of the doors (wonder what PDI was done by the delivery team). Even after a month's follow up, accessory manager promises to call back in 5 mins on calling but no response after that. Once the car was delivered, their insurance team cancelled the Insurance policy and tried to tell me that it was in error a cancellation message was received. But after a day generated a new policy for the car admitting their mistake

These cheaters are not even capable of getting a single star rating ... firstly they charge you more than any showroom price and secondly their service is worst as compared to any other car showroom be it there own another branch in kharghar I booked hyundai aura from this showroom in december and asked them to deliver my car by 5th feb as its my dad’s birthday....today it’s 12th feb I’ve paid them the total payment in advance and still the car is not in my hand they just keep saying we are facing some RTO issues but when i asked them to give me the car without number then they denied for delivery and told me to take the car from kharghar branch. Think 100 times before entering this showroom if you value your money and time!
