Due to my fear issues with MRI Machine, I had to travel to Alibaug where Lotus Imaging has an open MRI Machine. I was finally able to undergo the scan, thanks to the cordial staff especially the technician Raj. He made sure that I completed my full scan; he even got a person to hold my hand to allay my fear. Thanks a lot.

Mannerless staff..doesnt know how to behave with patient..if you are visiting this place kindly keep your self respect aside...because they will have no respect for you Management should really look into this matter seriously..as they are losing reputation bcz of staff
