Pretty bad quality service. Wallpaper came out in just 2 months. Attitude towards customer is very bad

The photos speak for themselves. At the start of the month,we placed an order worth over Rs. 40,000 to completely wallpaper a room that was intended for a patient from a serious illness. We were promised that the work would be done in three days. The wallpaper started peeling off the walls and ceiling almost as soon as the workers left and several of the sheets completely fell down. The company has not been willing to fix the problem. It has been over a month and the patient is still unable to use the room. The sales person is now not responding to our calls and is unable to get the issue resolved due to 'the Diwali rush'. I would strongly advise against buying anything from this brand. Extremely unprofessional approach - overly focussed on sales but not servicing.
Ordered wallpaper on 3rd March 2020. Immediately after the payment was done , I was informed that wallpaper is out of stock and they will make arrangements from some store ( pretension of phone calls followed). Then we went to a national Lockout on 24th March. Once the relaxation was in place, we were informed that the ordered item won’t arrive and replacement suggestions need to be made ( No refund). As the wall was uncovered for 2 months, we followed the philosophy that “something is better for the money paid” and finally the phone selection was fixed. 2 weeks hence, after such a disappointment, we are replacing Marshalls wallpaper. I will never go back again as there are significantly better choices available in the vashi. The myth that Marshalls is good is gone. There wallpapers are outdated and can never be in sync
I am very pleased with the service from Marshall's. Orders and installation are completed on time and everyone is very professional especially installation team. Would recommend the service to all my friends because company offers really good service and helped me out on numerous occasions. WALLCOVERINGS make our walls, from thrash to treasure.
